a history of friendship
We are a group of friends who appreciate the little moments of happiness and daily sharing. A few years ago, we started creating our own spirits to craft our own cocktails. That’s how Signore Classic was born, a citrus-based alcohol ideal for your cocktails and relaxing moments with friends.
After sharing Signore with our friends and loved ones, we decided it was time to introduce it to other enthusiasts.

Taste
Signore, a unique Taste
Our products are handcrafted, ensuring a citrus flavor. The citrus fruits are carefully selected and peeled by hand. We use no artificial coloring or preservatives. Our citrus fruits come exclusively from organic farming. Additionally, our maceration processes, which last for a minimum of three weeks, allow the flavors to fully develop, ensuring an exceptional taste.

We are convinced that to produce high-quality Signore, you need high-quality citrus fruits, healthy trees, good climate, and rich soil. It is therefore logical for us to place great importance on the climate and to minimize our ecological footprint as much as possible.
Traceability
Our citrus fruits come exclusively from Europe, and whenever possible, we buy them directly from certified organic producers who share our values.
Upcycling
Upcycling of our fruits into organic fruity waters made in collaboration with Pressoir d’Upigny.
Recycling
Implementation of a deposit system to allow us to reuse our bottles.
Ambitions
In the long term, we aim to become carbon-neutral and have our own orchard to offer a drink made from citrus fruits that fall straight from the tree into the bottle.

We organize afterworks with walking dinners and gourmet meals based around our products, so that our customers can enjoy a unique experience with friends and discover and taste cocktails and dishes specially developed for the occasion in atypical or exclusive venues.
Taste
Fruity waters that are good for your health … and the planet
The leftover fruit used to produce our spirits is recycled into fruit waters, allowing us to waste nothing and optimise the use of our raw materials. These fruit waters have been developed and are produced in collaboration with the Pressoir d’Upigny.
